Tract Closure • Bond Abatement

The tract closure and final bond release process can be greatly simplified by utilizing our services. Developers will realize benefits such as, the elimination of in-house technical staff time devoted to this area, and a possible savings greater than the actual service cost. All scheduling, organizing, and the performance of a variety of construction services are accomplished by us.

 

 

Our experienced managers will coordinate with developer contractors to schedule completion of punch list items. We will manage all on-site activities to obtain the required results in a timely manner.

 

Once contracted, our representatives will schedule on-site meetings with all governing agencies, contractors, and other interested parties. We will maintain firm progress per our established schedules, updating the developer frequently.

 

 

 

Our construction department can effect most if not all punch list items required for tract closure. The original contractor would be billed for all warranty repairs, and other services would be at a negotiated price.

 

 

All administrative work would be performed by our staff as a part of our contracted service. Construction permits, approvals, and other non-construction services would be handled in house by our administrative personnel.

 

Upon completion of the tract closure process, we offer a 90-day warranty to all clients. Should there be additional work or re-work on completed construction, our field crews will process it according to our established agreement.
