The MB organization has a rich history dating back 35 years. The Marshall family has been in the specialized grading business since 1964. Charles Marshall, founder and past president, started operations in Southern California, Santa Rosa, and finally the Bay Area.

Originally operated as a family business, we still maintain a commitment to customer service and excellent workmanship. Our organization has changed, however the sound principles of our early days remain intact. Hard work, modern equipment, and exceptional service are afforded to each and every customer.

Today we are a group of companies operating under the management of the MB holding company. Each company offers a unique group of services for the construction industry. Together they provide almost any task from site development to concrete tilt-up construction.

Our work area is typically up to 60 miles from our base in Livermore, California and includes work for general contractors, tract and custom home builders, and public works construction.
